Is this diet okay?

Are my eating habits okay? I normally eat 4 meals a day.
Meal 1
Bowl of Fruit
Bagel with margarine.
Cup of Orange Juice
Meal 2
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
Apple
Cup of Orange juice
Meal 3
2 Cups of Milk
Peanut butter sandwhich.
Meal 4
Vegetables
Chicken
Pasta
Cup of Water
I also drink water while working out. Are there any serious problems with this diet I need to work out. It's pretty much the same day to day.

Your diet is terrible!!!! (no offense)
You need way more protein in your diet, I can tell you that much and I don't even know your weight or activity level. Your carb sources are not great at all as they are mostly sugar. You can use some omega 3 (fish or flax seed oils) in you diet as well. Read the stickies at the top of the forum to get a better understanding of what foods you should be eating.
