1)HMB is an anti-catabolic supplement

2)I personally don't think that it is necessary to go through a 'loading' phase with creatine

The branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) metabolite ß-hydroxy ß-methylbutyrate monohydrate (HMB) has been shown to support the body's ability to minimize protein (i.e., muscle) breakdown and damage to muscle cells, which can occur after intense resistance exercise.1 By reducing muscle tissue breakdown, HMB may tip the scales of protein turnover in favor of new muscle growth.
EAS was the first company to bring HMB to the market.

Well, personally I do not load. But whether you loaded for 4 days or 5 proably does not matter. The worst that happens from loading is you piss out the extra creatine.

Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true!
