I actually do still weigh my protein, but if I am still hungry I eat a lil more and not worry about it. Obviosuly calories do come in to play but if you are eatting protein til satisfied and not stuffing yourself you should be fine. Besides with the carb meals, you should not want to eat as much protein. |
