Hello everyone.

My name is Seth and I am looking for some tips and advice on my workout routine. Ultimately at the end of the day the only thing that I care about is my Bench . When people ask me how much I bench I want to tell them, a house. My current bench goes like this.one day a week . I weigh 193 and I am 6 ft 2. I have noticed gains but i want more. Its addicting. Please help me on my bench .My ultimate goal is Have the first 2 sets to 250 by dec 31. I am motivated and dedicated to this so please help .

Mon- flat bench (varies week by week which position)
135 warmup to 8
225 x 5
225 x 5
215 x 5
205 x 5
205 x 5
