Carbs on a Carb Cycle

Question? On my low carb day, I'm splitting 145/2. 72 carbs is a lot at one meal. Is it a big deal if I do not make the carb count? Will it hinder any fat loss etc? I dont think its a big deal, but just curious of any comments. Trying to follow TP as exact as I can

Ye sit is a big deal. The numbers work out the way they do for a reason can you shoot for six meals? Seventy carbs is really not alot- its 1 cup of rice and an apple

I dont really eat alot of brown rice.(I also havent been counting my fruits as carbs, as TP said it doesnt matter.) At my meal this morning, low carb, I ate 1 cup of oats, which is about 30 carbs, and 1/2 cup fiber one, which I think is 24 grams. And an apple. But without counting the apple what more could I have eaten for carbs????? I guess I came pretty close, including the apple. Know of a good website which lists the carb, protein etc of all food???

Eat 50g plus your fruit, if you can't handle more.

First, thanks for the link! Also, the label on my bag of oats say 3/4 cup, 20 carbs, dry?? Not sure, thats why I just assumed 1 cup would be around 30 grams. I'll check when I get home. All of you are so helpful on this forum, its greatly appreciated. Leslie and TP, do you have journal on IM, or only on avantlabs? Ive seen yours Leslie but not your TP? I found the avantlabs website so hard to read with the black back ground.

Just checked the carbs on the bag of oats, guess 75 g's wont be so hard after all!
