Is it a big deal if I do not make the carb count? Will it hinder any fat loss etc? I dont think its a big deal, but just curious of any comments. Trying to follow TP as exact as I can
can you shoot for six meals? Seventy carbs is really not alot- its 1 cup of rice and an apple

Also, the label on my bag of oats say 3/4 cup, 20 carbs, dry?? Not sure, thats why I just assumed 1 cup would be around 30 grams. I'll check when I get home. All of you are so helpful on this forum, its greatly appreciated. Leslie and TP, do you have journal on IM, or only on avantlabs? Ive seen yours Leslie but not your TP? I found the avantlabs website so hard to read with the black back ground.
