Where to start?
So I'm Drew, almost 20 years old, and i'm out of shape unfortunatly. I am about 5'11" weighing in at about 195-205lbs. I used to be very into athletics, played baseball all through my child hood, started both way in football, even played volleyball and tennis. So as you can tell I was always busy, and throughout HS I also worked about 15-20 hours a week.
Well now I'm in college and I don't play any spots at all, and got out of shape very fast. Last year I attempted to get back into shape, would lift weights and run 5 miles every night, but once I got a job (30+hours + school) I couldn't keep up.
So basically I'm just trying to get back into shape and re-develop my muscles, and get further than ever before. I've always had a thing where I couldn't bench more than 225 (i know very weak) but I could rep it, many said it was a mental block, well here I am on my goal to shatter it. Lucky for me I am naturally strong, I have been lifting for the past 2 weeks now. After not lifting at all for about a year, I was still able to bench 205 (which I thought was impressive for not doing it in such a long time).
Some of my other intrests are Cars (94 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo) Motorcycles (2002 Honda CBR954RR) and Computers... (it's fast also). I love pets and I am taken (for about 8 months now).
