Ok so I have read in a few places that weighted abs like machines and stuff like that make you get bigger (like your waist instead of a steamline one its boxier) So my question is what style and number of sets and such should I be doing to get that streamline waist?
And I know I know I know its all diet so don't go there but rite now I am trying to get a little bigger rather then cutting. Ok so what are some exercises I could be doing, how many times a week, and how many sets of each should I do?
Thanks

Pick one exercise for lower abs, one for upper, and one for the sides at each session. Do 2 sets of each for 15-25 slow reps with a nice squeeze on each. Train abs twice per week.
Uppers:
crunches
cable crunches
roman chair
Lowers:
reverse crunches
hanging leg raises
knee ups on bench
Sides:
twisting crunches
twsiting cable crunches
one arm side cable crunches
