alright, one of my pecs is noticeably larger and more developed than the other. what can i do to bring my one pec back from lagging behind?

then work out more the smaller pec and less of the big one until they even out...like those one-handed chest presses

switch your bench from barbell to dumbell

do everything on your chest with dumbells (d/b press, d/b flys, d/b/ incline)

this should correct it as both sides of the chest will be lifting the same weight and will develop equal

if you use barbells one side might be pushing more of the weight, and thats what causes one side to develop more that the other

peace
