Newbie from Las Vegas!

Hello all,

I ran across this forum while researching on A100/T100 which I read on a magazine called "Pumped". And I am amazed at the wealth of info in this forum and how knowledgeable everyone is here...you can say that I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the info in a good way.

A little about me:

I'm 35, 5'6", 215 lbs. I haven't had a "dunk" test yet to ascertain my exact body fat percentage, nor have I done a caliper test. But my roommate thinks I'm around the 20% region. Anyhow, I have been lifting weights throughout college, off and on, and became devoted to a weight-lifting program as of 3 years ago. I have been experimenting with different workout splits and I am proud to say that my body has begun its morph to a more muscular and toned physique. My diet have been high in protein, and lower on carbs. I'm just beginning to figure out how to carb cycle, which has helped me lost a lot of weight and inches around the waist. My realistic goal is to drop to about 15% body fat by next summer, and ultimately drop to about 8%. When I first started working out, I had a mild case of gyno but has improved a lot since then and my chest has begun to tighten up. I think some of it is genetics which means i'll never have it looking like most normal male chest but most of it is also from poor eating habits and weight gain in the past. I blast my chests, big time, on chest day and in the beginning, I have devoted one full work out day to my chest only. This has also developed my tricepts aside from the tricept-targeted routines that I have been doing. I have changed my workout splits several times since then, incorporating other muscle groups in the mix. There's alot more work I need to do to improve other parts of my body but the chest have been the most challenging so far. I have been doing a lot of squatting and leg pressing which has made me stronger over-all.

Anyhow, recently, a guy at work have mentioned T100. From his description, the first day he tried this, it tightened up his muscles especially in the abdominal area. It got me so curious that I went and researched it on the net and here I am today. Well, based on what I read so far, T100 is beyond what my co-worker had told me about. I'm very interested in starting a cycle with a good effective prohormone, and Avant seem to be what everyone is recommending. However, I am very skeptical about side-effects and if it will harm my body in the long run so any advice anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. Anyhow, my goals are long term but I would like to be able to gain more lean muscle and "stay hard"...well you all know what I mean.
