Hi All! I am 18,male, weigh 158. 12% BF. I want to lose weight off my thighs. I dont know why they stick out but they do. I never really lifted my legs extensively. But I ran track (i was a hurdler and a sprinter). I want to lose ALOT of weight off my thighs, and if I have to also lose some of the muscle off them too, I will.
Is this possible? I want to make my thighs smallER! ANy advice?

O i forgot. I am 6 foot One. I have broad shoulders. and my thighs just seem to screw it all up.

Run and do not train your legs with weights, except high reps, that should get rid of some muscle. You cannot spot reduce, so if you get leaner you will lose fat on your legs as well as the rest of you body.
