Can you take hydroxycut and cla at the same time, and if you can would you make greater gains by doing this.

The last study I read showed no improvement in fat loss over the placebo group.

I read not to long ago that it's not good for fat loss, but it has shown to prevent/curb the ammount of fat gained from excess calories.
It's not something that will show results imediately it's more of the long term effect it can have.

interesting....
i was on CLA till i fell ill all last week, then i cut out my supplements, nearly went back on it but i thought i'd come off it, i've just gone back to a couple of thermogenic burners for the next week or so
in about a month i'll be raising my calories again, adding the carbs in BIG TIME, and put some lean muscle (which i'm really looking forward to doing, plus i'll be able to eat carbs, i miss my 5 bowls of cereal, jack potatos and 10 banannas a day )
i was thinking of using the rest of my CLA then, it might make my gains more lean, stop me from putting on any fat when i'm switching my diet around...
just a thought, i've got about a months supply, i need to use it sometime and if it ain't on a cut when is it?

I think they're saying the fat loss results from it are very small and sometimes not even existent... however, it's definitely not a negative thing and might help promote lean mass while preventing new fat stores from being created...
I don't think it does a whole lot... but I would take it if i had it laying around...
