! I cant wait till my cheat day Friday!!!
, all in all a cheat is good for the mental aspect of dieting. One cheat meal isn't going to make a difference. Trust me. For me the it only made the difference when I polished of a gallon of ice cream. I won't even get into the details, but it wasn't nice.

Originally posted by FatGuy ok, so i had a bad day yesterday and didnt eat for 9 hours. (I was fishing all day for blackfish and didnt have time to eat) on the way home, i started getting the idea that this might turn out to be a cheat day. since it was my day off i figured "why the hell not". after coming home and realizing my gf and i needed to do some food shopping, i said "the hell with it" and went to the diner and had a TWIN CHEESEBURGER DELUXE WITH BACON AND FRENCH FRIES! My question is, after eating a big meal like this, should I still eat three hours after? should i take some "fat binder supplement"? do those work? or, should i just finish eating for that day and start all over the next morning? thanks |

Originally posted by FatGuy I am PISSED OFF. I have been going to the gym every day this week except yesterday, and when i went to the gym tonight, i weighed 278! i was 275 all week! i went to the gym tonight at the same time i always go and didnt eat anyhting unusual, besides feeling a littlel bloated. is it possible that one meal made me gain 3lbs? could it be water weight since it is so salty? im glad i weighed myself before i worked, because i literally beat the hell out of myself tonight at the gym. got my best workout ever. |

I would try and schedule in a cheat meal every now and then to keep your sanity. Enjoy it. Its your reward. Most the of weight that you gain is going to be water and within a day or 2 it will be gone.
.. When I cheat, I let my body know whos boss.
