Hi, I am now getting into weight lifting/body building and need some input from you guys if you do not mind.
ME and my friend start our first day of working out tommorow and I went today and picked up some Creatine and also some 100% Whey Protein from GNC. I have read various threads here on the forums about dosage but I'm a bit confused.
I was told to do the loading phase for 5 days of 20g a day and 10g a day afterwards. And to take 20g of the Whey Protein after my workout.
Would it be safe to take 10g of Creatine 1 hour before workout and 10g after workout a long with the Protein after workout? That is for the loading phase, and afterwards take 5g before workout and 5g after for the rest of the cycle?
Being at work all day I do not have time to split the dosage into 5g servings the whole day, that is what I was wondering.
Any input would be great.

Yes split the dose into half before workout and half after.
