how much cal/pro/carb/fat for bulk diet?

I'm going to try to count calories starting next week


im 19, male, 5ft7, 18%bf, 140-142 lbs.


trying to bulk till spring or summer, looking to get to 160 by then, or more if i can

how much calories should i have? and how much protein,carb, and fat?

i know that I'm suppose to add 500 cal more for bulk, right?

on to your regular diet, but I don't know how much I'm eating right now, i think i've got med-fast metabolism.

No................what breakdown of p/c/f do you want? How many calories do you intend to eat??

Why starting next week? Next week never comes. If you want to bulk, count what you are eating now without cheating (yourself), and then add another 200-400 per day on top of that.

Easy.
