I travel a lot for my job and am struggling to find some good foods to eat. For example, I'm in Cleveland today and tomorrow, then Indy the following day and Cincy the day after that.
I stay in hotels the whole time (aside from a quick walk to an hour meeting). I have enough meetings that I don't have too much time to go to any restaurants and by the end of the day just want room service. What can I do to get frequent meals full of protein?

purchase Grilled Chickens....toss the bun
Purchase Protein Shakes/Powder
Purchase Bottled Water
Okay. Do Wendy's...DON'T SAY HUH ARE YOU NUTS?
Jr. Hamburger plain....keep the bun.....let it absorb the fats........DON'T EAT THE BUN THOUGH.....Buy as many as you like..this is your protein source.....Wendy's also has good chicken breasts.....you can get salads there also....I don't use the dressing....too high in fats, oils....yuk....
Another idea......purchase tuna in a can, chicken in a can. Cheap! Quick.

You can also do MAS and EAS bars.....High Protein low Carb. They're really good....Be sure to PAY ATTENTION to the caloric in take and how many servings are in the bar.

Definitely! Find out where the local grocery is, too! If you can get a fridge then store it in there. Also, I opted for Boars Head Deli meat with no bread of course and raw veggies!!
