trouble with schedule help fast

Thanks in advance everyone. Here is my problem I want to get cut vs bulking up. I would like to work my chest and my arms twice a week but on 5 days gym time. Will i be ok on two days rest for my chest and two days rest on my arms. I almost have this down packed. With two days rest will this speed up the defining process or will I acheive the same resulst working one area once a week. Here is what i have.

mon chest
tues shoulders back
wed arms
thur chest
fri off
sat arms
sun off
cardio every day for 30 minutes.

Again i am trying to get defined. I beg someone to get me an iron clad schedule.

Training won't get you cut. That is all in your diet. Two days a week training is too much unless you are on androgens! Stick with one day a week.

Thanks dg. The weird thing is that if i dont work the same muscle group twice a week i feel that i have not had a good work week. It seems to good to be true only working one group once a week but then again im just a beginer that dose not have the exprience. Thanks bro. I mean wont i see quicker results working the same mucle group twice a week and yes I am in this for the long run and i know it takes time.

I dont understand why you would train arms and chest twice a week and never train your legs. wud up wit dat????

If you want to hit each bp twice per week, go ahead, but that has nothing to do with getting cut. Just make sure you cut your volume a bit to handle the two training sessions per week.

also, you should not train 4 days straight, put a rest day in there. and are you saying cardio 7 days per week? that is too much IMO.

the biggest part of getting cut is your diet, my training has not changed at all, except that I have added in some cardio.

LOL, I did not even notice that, and training back only once per week...

Legs and back are the two largest muscle groups.

Ha Ha your pretty funny there. This post was when I was just starting out. I have learned a great deal in the las past 6 months.
