I am eating right ( protein, carbs, fat, vitamins ). So, do I need supplementation with Amino Acids ? BCAA ?

If you feel that you can get enough quality protein thru food then no, but most find that it's difficult to so they supplement their protein with whey, or a combination of whey and others, e.g. egg, casein, etc.

Personally, I use both. BCAA's while working out. It's suppose to prevent muscle loss. I highly recommend during leg work outs.

Do some research and see what you can find out. I may end up posting something in regards to BCAA's and its role/function. When to use, when not to. Keep an eye out.

I dont personally think you need to take aminos too much. There is some research on positive effects of aminos, but that is with people who dont get enough protein. If you get enough protein, you really shouldnt have to deal with aminos.

Ive also read that there is research that supplementing with aminos can block the absorbtion of others, and taking too many aminos can be toxic?? Of course this isnt proof, but something to consider.

All in all, nothing wrong with them, I just think if you get enough quality protein, its money best spent elsewhere
