Hello everyone...I am brand new to this site...as of today. I have been lifting for many years off and on...I have stepped up my training the past 3 months and work on one body part a day 5 days on 1 off...I am very pleased with my results...I had about 17% body fat and as of yesterday I am at 9.1%. My weight (while on creatine 3 months ago was 202..today I have been off the creatine ever since and weigh 182). I can see my abs as a result of my new ab routine and lower carb diet... The only problem is I seem to have lost some muscle and have not been gaining in the gym lately. My question is...how do I put on a few more pounds of muscle without gaining it in the waist (everytime I go on creatine I get stronger but also bloated). I heard adding simple sugar to my whey isolate immediately after my workout can help...apparently it will increase my glycogen stores???) Is this what I need to do or will it likely turn to fat?? Any advice is appreciated...

Swole v2 will aid strength and also help improve leanness!

you might want to try a refeed of 300-400 carbs every 4-5 days of clean carbs or just may be a good carb up meal before bed time to spike metaobilism..

Bump.

Also what do you currently take as a post workout drink. I would say definatley add some carbs. I always have some oatmeal and some berries.

well I go with 2 servings of MASS MAKER from beverly and 1-2 scoops of muscle provider or 25 grams whey isolate with 200 mgs R ala . Wait an hour and a half and have a solid meal (chicken , 10 yam , 1 cup veggies) with 200 mgs R ala
