Going to start keeping track of my progress in the upcoming weeks:
To start off, last year around November, I found I let myself go a bit and was up too 240 pounds. I'm 5'10 w/ a stocky frame and I was getting huge. So I decided to start working out a lot more than I had done previously.
I used to only like 2 or 3 times a week with minimal focus on really improving my body.
I finally started a cardio training program and incorporated a 4-5 day workout routine. 3 months after that I was weighing in a 210 and looking pretty good.
It's almost a year later now and I'm still at 210; I just looked more toned as I've continued to lift seriously. I'm still not happy with my figure so I'm going to start a new program/diet next week.
I'm going to start using GoPro's workout for power/rr/shock and start eating a healthy(slightly healthy since I'm a college student) and begin a cycle of 1-AD after Halloween.
Day 3 of Gopro's workout: I'm feeling sore as hell, I start 1-Ad next monday, so hopefully I will start seeing some crazy gains, I may have to add some weight to compensate for the 1-Ad during my rr week I'm thinking, but I'm not gonna push it!

Okay, after the first week of 1-Ad I spiked to 217 pounds, and my lifts were definately already up. I don't think it was placebo effect as I was going about 3 plates up on machines and easily cutting through my free weight exercises.
Second week, I decided to throw some ECA stack into the mix for some extra energy and too try and burn a little fat while packing on the muscle. I checked my weight yesterday and I'm around 212. I figure after the 1-AD I'll start cutting more.
I'll be going on spring break this year, so now's the time to try and get shredded I suppose. I'm thinking after a month off of 1-AD I'll try a Syngex I & II stack to try and become a beast before I start walking around with my shirt off.

Well finished up my 1-ad after 4 weeks and I feel great, people are saying I look more defined.
I acutually dropped down to 213 on 1-ad, maybe because I had so much bodyfat? Not sure, but oh well.
Well, starting Phosphagen HP and my 6-oxo cycle today and the Phosphagen actually tastes really really good, I actually can't wait to have one after my work out today.
I'm having one issue this past half of a week. I've been killing my body, I drank like a fish on the weekend and ate garbage, I feel kinda bad, but I guess I needed to let loose after being so strict for 2 or 3 months. I guess I'll start being good again when my new shipment of supplements comes in. I'm gonna do some Redline along with Gugglebolic Extreme. I also bought some syntrax nectar, now I have phosphagen and nectar to fulfill my sweet tooth so hopefully I won't be bad.
