I always see peoples wieght on the bench but I never see what people are doing on the leg extension. what is considered a strong weight on leg extensions. I am doing 180 5 sets of 15 .

weight is irrelevant....just work within the proper intensity for you.

I just need to set a goal . should I lower the reps and up the weight ? legs are new to me . I have always been focused on bench because i always thought my legs were hopeless. I just need a target weight that I should aim for .

be careful on leg extensions, they put a lot of pressure on the knees.

Are you doing the 180 5 sets of 15 to failure or are you just stopping at 15?

I believe with 2 more minutes of rest I could do 2 more sets of 8 maybe . I just didnt want to do too many of too light weight . but I could do a couple more reps
