would the workout that gopro gave out where he does a power, rr, and schock cycle be worth doing if you are going to, or using prohormones...it would seem that this might not be enough exercises for someone that might be taking phs...just want to know b/c i wanna try this new program that he has, but i'm also going to be on phs....so feedback would be appreciated.

I think it will be sufficient, you just need to make sure you are chosing the correct weights for your sets.

well with his workout he is pretty much saying go heavy with only 4-6 reps....but then for rr, you do more reps and that would usually mean doing a little lighter weight.. but i dont know if there are enough exercises to take advantge of with this program...so i'm just trying to see what others think also especially gopro if he ever reads this

You are allowing yourself to fall victim to one of the biggest traps in the world of bodybuilding.

More is not better....better is better.

so are u saying that i should be fine with your workout routine while on phs? i know more is not better but i've "heard" that you should do more when on phs...

yes, it's generally recommended that you increase your training when using androgens, but it depends on what your current routine is as well.

GP is speaking of overtraining I think.

ok so when u mean increase your training, i'm guessing that you mean i do not need to do too many exercises b/c that would be overtraining, but to do like 4-5 maybe 6 sets with heavier weight on like 3-4 differnt exercises, but dont do like 5 or 6 different exercises like bench, incline, barbell, dips, decline, flats etc..b/c that would be over training? i'm just trying to make sure i got this correct...sorry if i'm pissing u all off

many things can contribute to overtraining...it's usually a combination of a few things not just one.

Training too many days in a row without a rest day can cause overtraining(taxes your cns)

Prohormones or not...stick with the training parameters I put forth. You DO NOT need to increase training volume. You will get stronger and more aggressive on the PHs and will therefore be training more intensely. This is all the stimulus you will need for more growth.

ok thanks...thats what i was trying to figure out..

Listen to Gopro... he da man

I did something real similar to gopro's workouts along with a 1-AD cycle and had great results. I tried a bench press max two days after the 4 week cycle and it's up 25 lbs...
