I was at Whole Foods today and saw Cinnamon Flaxseed Oil. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it is any good.

What's in it?

I don't use flax anymore.

Its made by Spectrum, Its Organic, Its has Flaxseed Oil and Cinnamon Oil in it.

Why did you quit taking Flax?

I may give it a try it's not real expensive

I use only Fish Oil now. Its a better source of EFA's

I used to hate the taste of flax oil, now I like it! (just had 1/2 TBSP of flax oil with some cottage cheese and protein ) YUMMY!
