Hey folks,
Glad to be here. After I gained 50 lb. (not the good kind) during college, I decided I needed a lifestyle change, or I wouldn't ever be truely happy. Best decision of my life. 6 months later, I dropped 45 lb, and have been looking great ever since. Now I'm interested in starting on some suppliments, to try and maximize my potential. Wish me luck and the same to you!
