Can anybody tell me their experiences using Clenbuterol: is it effective? any side effects ect?

Above somewhere around 80-120mcg people get the shakes, that and headaches are the only sides I know of. Eventually you reach a point where the shakes are not controllable without throwing your food everywhere, at which time you should stop raising the dose.
Most people go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off to avoid other more serious sides, same with DNP, short cycles.
