New and wanting to get improved!

Hello All
I am a newbie to this forum and to building muscle as well.
I am going to post this in the appropriate forum later. But I hope to achieve 10-15 lbs. of muscle. I know I have a lot of work ahead of me.
I am currently in my 30's , 6' around 182 lbs. and BF is somewhere between 15-20%. I have got to get a set of BF calipers.
I belong to a gym now, but don't have a workout routine, and a good diet for muscle. However I am eating mostly the right stuff.
I hope if you see my posts that you will help if you can.
