17yrs 5'9" 130lbs. I've been around the forums for a few now but just never introduced myself or asked anything(didnt want to say anything stupid ) Anyway I'm pretty new to lifting not much meat on me. I know I have to eat but somehow with school and work I dont seem to have the time to eat as many meals as everyone here says you should eat.
I have one question and didn't really know where to put it so I guess I'll just ask it here. is it ok to take an 'anti estrogen' drug i think its called like Nolvadex or something of that nature when still going on puberty? I know how everyone here afraid of the gyno and from how its described I believe I have it from puberty. If it doesnt seem right to take anything like that will this go away on its own in time? or will it require a hard chest routine
Thx for reading and answering my q's in advance,
Bmann

HI Bmann -- Welcome to IM.
Did you do a search to see if there was an open discussion about men taking an Anti-Estrogen Blocker? If so and you didn't find anything, let me know and I'll post something for you.
You're pretty skinny, why would you want to take an estrogen blocker? Just curious.

no don't take nolva, you aren't even running any anabolics at all, there is no reason to take an anti estrogen. why do you think you have gyno? you need estrogen in your body, especially if you can't gain mass, the last thing you would want to do is block estrogen.

I feel I have it because breasts have begun to develop or have already and they are kind of soar. but if its dangerous to do what i wwas thinkin of then ill back of and find a better chest routine.
