Does everyone have problems geting and sustaining a hard-on afer drinking a sufficient amount of alcochol, for instance 400ml of whiskey or something to that extent?

Alcohol and drugs will affect the quality and the quantity. Especially the more you use these things. Doing this is NOT doing yourself any favors.
