)It appears to be a balanced approach to cardio vascular activity. Has anyone done this in conjunction with weight training? Does it hinder the process of muscle gains? Does it help? Does it target the hard to reach areas that weight training can’t reach? Let me know. I’m trying to get a six-pack man!
Secondly, if what you are saying is true, then what's point of anyone without "good genetics" exercising at all
I agree that genetics does play a big part of it, but you'll have to forgive me if I don't "forget about it." I simply refuse to belief that genetics is the end all to be all on the matter.

I'm more likely to stick with it if I enjoy doing it. Tai Chi seems to be more of a spiritual thing.
