Hi all im 20 and i weigh 124 pounds, i work out and im just riped, i want to gain some mass and i take that mamoth 2500 whey protien like 3 times a day wich ads 3000 calories, 150g of P, and like 56 g of fat (not sure if this stuff works). and i eat at least 4-5 times a day the thing is that im still a hard gainer, like one week i gain 3 pounds then all of a sudden its all gone without me changing anything. im guessing this is just the way i am but i hate it, is there any tips u guys can give me, maybe im eating the wrong foods, would be nice if you guys told me what to eat..and i tryed that liqued creatine and all it gave me was extra strenth at the beging of my workout, i was thinking of using cell tech but a friend of mine used it and it gave him the flue a week later, sorry about this long post, any advice would be greatly apreciated.
