I am a stupid tennis player, and since i started working out, I've had a much stronger right arm then left arm... I'm getting a digital camera soon, so I'll take some pics for you guys... but when I started working out, i did mainly bilateral exercises, and I have grown in mass in both arms in the last 3 months... but my right arm is looking more developed then my left... can you guys perscribe me a bicept, tricept workout that is all unilateral moves that will help me balance out my arms?
Also... If I want my arms to balance out, when doing unilateral lifts should I keep the weight and reps exactly the same for both arms?

unilateral = dumbell use
basically just do normal excercises
standing curls
seated curls
preacher
tri kickback
etc.
all with dumbbells
overload the weak arm more than the strong and theylle be equal in no time then just go back to ur normal routine
