Hey, just after my aunt said "have u lost weight, u look so skinny" i started to surf and found this forum. IT looks great so far. I'm a 21 y/o 5'10 dude that weighs 130lbs give or take 5 lbs. Yea, i'm skinny as heck so hopefully I can get some insight on workouts and ways to gain weight. The thing that sux with me is that I can work out and get stronger but not gain any mass at all. I worked out about two years back pretty good and I got a good cut and got strong as hell, i could bench 210 which i think is pretty good for someone my size, i shocked a bunch of people at the gym but no mass or weight gain...Since then i've become lazy and out of shape. Earlier this week i was chasing my dog around the back yard for about 5 minutes and i was winded bigtime so its time to get back in shape, gain some weight and get stronger.....I look forward to posting here....later, Shane
