You see when i first joined this forum thing I asked alot of questions , to which I never got an answer only things like , welcome etc.This pissed me off because I got e-mails sayin someone has replied to your post and when i went there all it was was a lousy "welcome".Yes it is good to have manners but i need answers not pleasentries.Other then that this is a great forum for bodybuilders.

You are very impatient Aloshan. The reason why noone is "giving you all the answers" is because it's just not that simple. You've asked alot of questions at once and someone would basically have to take an hour or so of their time re-writing the detailed, complicated answers which have already been written out before. All you have to do is read the stickies at the top of each forum and then do a search on more specific topics. I don't think you realize how in-depth the questions you asked are.
