alright...ive been working out for almost 2 years now
i am now 5'8''
170 pounds
10-12%bf
when i started workin out i was about 135pds.
and i could bench about 120pds. max
now a year and a half later...
im 170 pounds and i bench about 195pds. max
but my strength dont wanna go up at all anymore...
can anyone tell me why?

it could be for many reasons, but the typical reason is that you're not using training methods that are causing further adaption, and/or you're not training properly to increase strength.
