I constantly read messages on here about difficulties in getting in 5-6 meals a day. I think most of us work and time is a battle. However, it might be a good idea to have a post in which people can give ideas to getting around this issue.
For example, perhaps boiling 5 chicken breasts on a sunday night and then individually packaging them might help.
Maybe bottling your protein shakes works for you.
Please list some ways you cut corners in making sure you get enough meals in each day.

Albacore tuna in a pop top can. Easy to carry. Don't have to keep cold. Just pop that top and eat it up.

I carry a container with crystal light and a ziploc with protein. Just shake it, quick n easy, and real tasty!

I make a butcher of protein shake, and store it in the fridge..
Eat canned tuna, ready sliced turky...
When on the go, I just eat something grilled with diet coke..
