Can someone give me a sample of their routine?

I'm trying to change up my lifting routine and am really just ready for a complete overhaul.

I'm 5'10", 175lb, 18%bf. I'm trying to get to about 165 while dropping my bf% to about 10-12%. I feel that I'm starting to get my diet down but want a new routine for the gym. I tend to lean towards using dumbells more than barbells if that helps. I'm also planning on doing a 4 day split such as the following:

Monday - Legs and Abs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Tris and Shoulders
Friday - Cardio
Saturday - Back and Bis
Sunday - Rest/Cardio

Please give me an example of a good routine.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry....I guess I'm looking more for the exact exercise, reps and weight for each day. I'd like to stick to my same routine as far as which body parts each day. Though I'd like some suggestions for which routines to do.

Check out the journals. I have mine in my journal and I know almost everyone that journals posts their splits and routines

I'm 5'6 and about 160lbs. I don't think you want to be 165 at your height unless you're going for an EXTREMELY lean look.
