motivate me after the exam

hi hi
i quit 2 weeks due to exam...feel a bit weak these days..pls motivate me...
how can i start with ...
i think i should start with lighter weights...so that i won't get heavy soreness

After two weeks you're fine bub. Warm up a little more at the beginning of your workouts... but other than that just get back in there.

i'd say the best way to really get motivated is to spend 3 weeks eating the worst diet possible and do the smallest amount of exercise... get as fat as you can... then look at yourself in the mirror and you should immediately want to head to the gym....

Its been a week for me. And its working. I want to go to the gym so bad dammit
I am and have been fuqqiing sick
I always wash my hands like a loony person but I still got sick Oh well.
On to you:

You may not lift as heavy in the begining, but you will catch up to your old self/ If you have been off for two weeks, once you get started on your first workout, you should start to get all revved up again

Just think I would kill to go to the gym now and you are taking it for granted

last exam i took 3 weeks..this time 2 weeks..so i think i am getting improved...
main concern is the risk of injury if i try to lift the same heavy weight as before

Try a chlorine based soap or 70% ethanol for your hands. This should kill all bacteria, as regular soap does not and the water can actually help it some. I've been using this for 3 yrs. and haven't had a cold since.
