Hey guys. I've been workin out for a while... but now starting to take it quite seriously. Out of high school i wrestled 112 & 119... SENIOR year. Ya i know.. im little.
Right now im up to 145... and FYI im about 5'6. I figure that since I'm not gonna get any taller, i might as well get wider... to tell you the truth.. i think i've actually shrunk an inch since working out.. O well.
Right now i think i've hit a plateau..... body weight in terms of body weight. Anyone got any recommendations on putting on 5 more poinds (non fat!) !!??

Hey Short Tea! Welcome! I'm a short guy too (also 5'6")...also really thin in high school. Probably around 125lbs. I'm up to about 160 now (and still gaining) thanks in part to the people on this site. The best advice I can give you is to learn as much as possible about nutrition. Diet is the key. Good luck!
