overtrained??

the last couple of days have been really bad for me every time i try to go to sleep i have an extremely hard time trying to calm down and relax, my heart seems like its gonna pound right outta my chest it beats so hard. My work outs have been lackin intensity all my weights went down, acouple of weeks ago i was max bench press was 305 and yesterday i was having trouble putting up 185 im not sick or any thing im just walkin around feelin dizzy all the time i really dun know wuts up ive decided to take the rest of the week off from the gym wut do u pplz think......

please help me

lol, not good i kinda live off of fast food cuz of my work schedule
plus i was in the progress of bulkin up so i didnt think it would matter (note thats b4 i found these forums) but i do eat alot of chicken breast

sounds like overtraining.

It matters alot. Eating like crap will not only affect your workouts but you'll gain more fat than you want.

ok monday for example chest/sholders
*weighted dips
*military presses
*flat bench
*shrugs
*decline bench
*incline shrugs
*incline bench press
*front raises
*pec deck or some other shaper
*side lateral rasies
*incline side lateral rasies
i do 3 set of each exersice in a pryamid fashion in reps of 8-6-4

*reversed grip curls
*close grip bench
*preacher curls
*seated dips ( with weights on lap)
*concentration curls

if you're doing 3 sets of each of those I think it's too much volume.

i guess cuz monday i couldnt have taken in more then 1200 cals and thats less then half of my daily intake so i can see why i was messed up.

i really dont know wut to eat, mon-wed i dont wake up till 2pm cuz i have to be at work at 4pm so im having breakfast at 2pm or 3pm most days

There is alot about cutting but there is a ton of info on general nutrition itself. Also, there are a few bulking plans. TP has a new article coming out at Avant this week on Bulking with Carb Cycling. That is going to be the one I plan on following.

thx alot jodi, ive never paid much attention to diet cuz ive been able to stay lean and cut no matter wut i do, im now starting to see its affecting me in other ways.
