Well I am going to go right to the point. I am a college student in desperate need to loose weight. I was in pretty good health my freshmen year of college but as the years passed I turned into a fat slob. I tried to go back to the gym but it just took to much time out of my day. I am a senior now and taking 5 classes plus a job so I dont have much time to workout. I am 5'8" and weight 210. I need to be down to 180 is possible in the next couple of months. Someone please give me a recipe to loosing weight fast.
My eating habbits are not that good eaither. I used to be a Vegitarian but with the last mont started to eat chicken and stuff to get some protine into my body. I eat about once a day due to my rough hours and then eat snacks or whatever whenever I get a chance. Please HELP!!!

You may consider trying the "South Beach" diet. My neighbor lost a considerable amount of weight in very little time. Go out and get the book or do some research on the internet.
You have to be very strict and stick with the plan if you wanna get back in shape. Cheating is not allowed, period!
Above all, you must eat healthy to be healthy.....
Like always,,,,you are what you eat! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's the S.B. diet website..

Increasing your protein was a good start. But if you want to lose weight then you must eat 5-6 smaller meals a day and change your eating habits.

I garauntee you will feel and see a difference in two-weeks!!! How do I know this? Because I did it myself! I never do cardio... I workout sporadically... and I've lost 20lbs mainly from changing what and the way I eat!

First go here http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...threadid=21113 and learn.

There is plenty of information on good clean meal plans here at IM if you just take some time to look for it. Try going through some of the other ladies' journals like Jodi, Babsie, Shortstuff, Leslie, etc. to get ideas for your own meals.

Then post your meal plan in the Diet & Nutrition section and we'll all look at it and give you input.

Oh and welcome to IM
