I love nachos but am trying to cut the fat from them. Does anyone know any good lowfat nacho recipes?

Snyders makes low fat tortilla chips that have alot of taste for only 4.5g Fat per serving. More tastier than Tostitos Baked. Throw on some FF or lowfat cheese and 93%-97% lean ground beef. Add salsa and fat free sour cream. Yum.

We make this stuff pretty often, but use it like a dip that actual nachos, but it could work either way
FF refreid beans
can red enchilada sauce
ff kraft cheese (handful)
optional: ( or whatever you like)
can green chiles ( used can of chipotles this week made it almost to hot to eat, if you use chipotles 1/2 can )
something to heat it up. Mrs. Renfroes habenora sauce is good
jalepenos
lean beef w/ taco seasoning
FF sour cream add after microwave
olives
we microwave a few minutes ( 1/2 power) stirring regular
eat it with wow chips, ( be sure to lay out quanity you want to eat to keep from going overboard)
It makes a great snack and not to heavy, plus for me it gets me my mexican food fix and I don't have to feel to guilty.
And it's quick, easy and relatively mess free ( important to me)

Thanks for the replys. I tryed one last night. I used 97% lean ground meat w/ taco flavoring, reduced fat tortilla chips, refried beans (only 1 gram of fat in the regular), olives, corn, reduced fat mexican shreaded cheese mix, salsa, and reduced fat sour cream. I just can't bring myself to eat fat free sour cream and fat free cheese doesn't melt to well. Any way I cooked the meat then placed the chips, refried beans, meat, and cheese in the oven at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Then I topped it with the olives, corn, salsa, and sour cream. I turned out great.
