Heres my diet

Here is my diet:
Breakfast: 1 pk oatmeal, Protein shake, 1-2eggs(7-8am)
Snack: Protein bar ,granola bar(10am)
Lunch: pre workout: Pasta w/ sauce, Protein shake(12pm)
Pos work out: Chicken Breast, creatine(2pm)
Dinner: Chicken Breast, peas carrots(6pm)
Snack: protein shake
How is this?

do you know the macro breakdown and calories on that?
overall the diet is not that bad, if you're not gaining weight the first change would be to increase calories, and maybe add some BEEF!

I'd say make sure the oatmeal isn't the instant kind and try eating wheat pasta.
But what is your goal... to gain wt or lose?
