I just want to let you know if im dieting for good muscle mass
(though i think this is stupid, ive been doing this for the past month) because ive read that if i want to absorb all calories for heavy muscle you gotta split your meals smaller into 6 a day .
Meal1-5:00am;1 tuna sandwich, milk, multivitamins
Meal2-9:45am;1 hardboiled egg, 1 wholewheat bread
Meal3-12:00nn;1 hardboiled egg, 1 wholewheat bread
Meal4-3:45pm;2 hardboiled egg, 1 soyamilk drink
Meal5-6;30pm;any kind of dinner (in moderate amounts )
Meal6-9;00pm; 1 can of tuna, milk, multivatiamins
if what i am doing is totaly wrong, can anyone suggest me their 6 meal diet. this is my weekday meal routine in shcool.(recces lnch stuff)
anyways is the white part of the egg pure protein? my dad keeps on telling me that so i made it my part of the whole meal routine.

a. dividing your meals up is not stupid
b. you are not eating enough food to gain weight (what do you weigh?)
c. you are not getting enough protein
d. 1 hardboiled egg and 1 piece of bread is not even enough calories to count as a meal on a diet let alone a bulking phase.
e. three day training split possibilities:
option 1:
day one- chest, front and side delts, triceps
day 2- legs
day 3- back, rear delts, bi's, traps
option 2:
day1- chest, back
day2-legs
day2-shoulders,arms
option 3:
day1- upper
day2-lower
day3-upper
(then reverse it the next week)
option 4:
day one, two and 3- total body

okay, then eat at minimum one gram of preotein per pund of body weight, I like to push mine up to 1.5 and sometimes even 2g per pound depending on how high my other macros are that day. Eat slow burning carbs (oats, sweetpotatos, brown rice, apples etc..) and maybe even a little sugar (it is anabolic) every day depending on how you body responds to it (ie so you gain fat fast??) because you are bulking. Get your fat form EFAs, meat sources and dairy if it doesn't bloat you to much (cheese, milk, cottage cheese).
Eat a lot of cals if you are bulking. Start with bw x 18 and go from there.

I'll move this to diet and nutrition because I think it is better over there.

Count your calories man, 1 egg and 1 peice of bread, are you a mouse?

5-6g of egg protein isn't much to speak of though. I seriously doubt a whole loaf of bread, but if it were, I can say that the diet would be totally wrong for me unless I was looking to become a sumo.
