Trying to cut What diet?

I'm 5'8" and weigh a whopping 280 lbs. My problem is I just can't seem to stick to high protein/low carb diets. I just tried the CKD diet, but just can't live without my carbs. I just recently started weight lifting again and plan on incorporating cardio soon. I'm just lost and confused on a diet plan I can stick to where I will lose weight and gain muscle. Please help!
