Ok, now I know a lot of people think that No2 is junk and what not and a lot of people think it's pretty great. Well here's my deal. I play football and basketball and maintain a two-a-day workout session. My body gets worn down from practice and then workouts. The No2 product is suppose to recover the body quick, which is something I need badly. Also I was reading about No2 and Ed Byrd mentioned that you should take creatine with his product. So I went to the store and bought a bottle of MRI No2 and Twin Labs Creatine. Now I was also reading that your suppose to wait 10 days before doing any creatine with No2, but I am not completely sure if this is true. Just wondering what everyone thought about this. Also another reason I am combining the two is because, I'm in a 6'6'' 220lb frame and with a lanky frame it's harder for me to do such lifts as benching, squats, and power-cleans. Now my tested maxes from late summer at: Bench 218lbs Squat 275lbs Power-Clean 213lbs. I dramatically need to get my power up being that I am looking to the next level with my sports and I want to be ready for it. Thank you.

Hey that's what i need help on too... any idea on whether 'NO2 Growth Enhancing Hemodilator'. It says it would help 'train' your fast twitch muscle fiber, which is great. i was wondering, does it really work?

It is my opinion (and I think most here would agree) that NO2 is a waste. It does give you a good pump but that's about it.
YMMV
