Since Sytenhance is 1-test and 4-AD, do you have to use 6-OXO or something like it after the cycle of Sytenhance? Would a 2 week on , off cycle work?

Since it is not systemic, the answer is no. Now, there is likely a very small amount being absorbed systemically so I'd not run it year round, for example.
