Help with meal ideas?

my trainer set up a meal plan for me following the 13p/13c/04f alternating with 13p/13c/07f meals. Can someone suggest some meals with these ratios that are actually filling?
1/4c oats w/ 1 egg and 2 eggwhites works great, but other then that I cant think of anything else (unless it's incredibly small piece of chicken and some broccoli--not very filling at all). HELP!
