if I want to lose a quick 5-10lbs is this a good product to do so. I am looking at the ephedra free one of course, but I am 6' 1" 190lbs and I have some fat in my inner tighh, lower ab, and some under my pecs which would be my upper ab region I guess. Just want to get it off and doing it naturally isnt working.....any one familiar with this product or have suggestions on supplements that are safe????

Look as some of the other posts below josh on much better products such as VPX's REDLINE and CLENBUTERX those are 2 that are much more effective then the New and unimproved version of Xenadrine.

I just bought a product called Lipo 6 by Nutrex. I don't know about fat burning yet, but it sure gets you going. In fact I wasn't thinking and took some before my workout last night...at 2 am it hit me why I could not sleep.
