I bought BCAA's from Opt Nutrition. First time for including this into my supplementation. The stuff I bought is powder and WILL NOT mix into any liquid. Even if I put it in the blender it just bubbles up and gathers at the surface. And it tastes HORRIBLE! What are some brands of BCAA's everybody else uses that they like?

Haven't used it, but would like to, have heard alot of good reviews for ICE from Xtreme Formulations.

hey rock....depending where you bought it you may even be able to return it for credit or something if you let them know you were dissatisfied with your purchase. maybe it's worth checking.
