I've been getting really sound advice at this forum, THANKS to everybody that took the time to help out. Mad respect!!!As always being new to the world of juice, can somebody school a brother on which spices I might try in my next cycle for endurance/strength. I'm shopping now what should I put on my list. Remember I fight at 155 and I weigh 169 now, I've got till Feb to make weight and I start my next cycle on Jan.2 so I HAVE to be concerned about gaining weight back .Any advice.

unfortunately anabolics are not really that much of a benefit when it comes to increasing endurance man. Possibly a slight increase due to other factors but in general there is no "endurance drug" so to speak. As far as strength goes, things like Dbol and Anadrol are always great. If you are looking for a great strength increase very quickly I reccommend test suspension. It is a water based and it is test suspended in water. Its half life is 2 days so it is very fast acting and is a great strength drug. hope that helps

Look into any drug that doesn't pull water, bicyclists (animal) seem to like fina. I'd use some prop with it, but without endurance training it will do nothing noticeable in that respect.

anavar ! very good for strength gains but as the other members say, no endurance. up your cardio & good luck in feb

As I posted earlier thank you dudes!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll let everybody rest after this question. I posted a question about L-carnitine used as a fat burner, I need the lowdown on injections, doses, etc and I just got a big ol bottle of ATP. How can I get down with that,or better yet ,should I? I keep asking all these fat burning questions ,perhaps I should be asking about dropping this weight period. I went from 144 to 169 but it's SOLID MUSCLE!! I've got to be at around or under 7% or 8% bodyfat, I'm shredded, so I just a little concerned about getting this off as I really don't have much fat to lose. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus I'm loving being this strong not to mention that I've got to keep it real and admit that DAMN I love what the gear has done for me. Jackase if you're still out there with Gr81 and Mudge of course thanks for the well wishes, I promise that I will beat this cat 's ass like Ike beat Tina. Check it out on PPV FEB.2 "King of the Cage". If any of you guys are near Soboba Cali. that night come holla at me and let me know your in the house ,would love to kick the game with you brothers PEACE

Most roids will do something for RBC count but nothing for hemoglobin, which I always thought was what the endurance people were playing with, either by training at high altitudes or by actually cheating and raising hemoglobin by blood transfusion.

Posted by: Mikhal

Damn Mudge ,I tried that blood thing 3 fights ago felt like a god for a day ,(46 second KO win)got sick as hell 2 days later. basically I felt like shit, super weak and stuff, I'll do what I have too to compete on the level that I'm at, But that proved to be kinda rough on me, However to be perfectly honest I might have over trained a little for that fight, so that could also play some part in the matter. One of my boys fought tonite on a UFC card, and he did the blood thing earlier this week. Thats some strange shit. But he also did a cycle with a gang of Halo and Primo.

Posted by: Mudge

So you guys are swapping that stuff out too huh? I know that there are risks with high RBC counts (blood clots = stroke risk), but dont know that the body freaks out especially under those circumstances. I have to assume it somehow ended up cheaper than going to the Andes or whatever.

Putting the body so far out of balance though, its not supprising there is some kind of reaction, just dont know why that is though.

use epo but a blood thinner must be used with it this stuff is the shit but u cant use it without a physicians assitance or u can run into problems

Posted by: gr81

thats awesome bro that you are into the fighting scene hella. Props man. I would love to learn to fight like that. What do you think about pancration (sp?)? I have heard good things about it but I would like your "proffessional" opinion. lol. How much weight do you need to cut anyways? It's gonna be hard to cut fat starting at 7% definately. that is where it really takes a mastered knowledge of the diet, as well as dedication. Good luck man, and glad to help.

Posted by: Mikhal

Pancration is basically no holds barred fighting using open hands to the head and body (slapping). I've only fought that way twice in Japan, kinda weird but you'd be amazed at hard you can smack a guy. However I'd suggest that you work on stand-up skills such as Boxing and Muay Thai, and then compliment that with a good Jijitsu, and wrestling base.As in anything understanding the basics and hard work will lead to sucess. To be honest Gr modern fighting needs to be tailored to each fighters strong points, speed, strength, reach, explosivness, etc. Damn I can sound as intelligent as you and Mudge about this kinda stuff. Asto the next part of your question I've got to lose around 15 lbs before Feb.2, and once again you're right, it's going to be stupid hard cause I'm stripped down to almost 0 fat. I need a crazy diet plan.Dedication is'nt a problem as I don't enjoy getting my ass handed to me.As much as you've helped me hit me up at my E-mail with any questions that you may ever have about the game, and I'll be on it for you with the quickness

Good info cracker, but taking coumadin while being involved in heavy contact sport is prolly not a great idea.

mikhal, what type of training do you do getting ready for a fight? I might have my first one in april, it will be full contact but only standing with light gloves. My only fighting expeirence is from my kara-ho kempo classes, and getting my a** kicked when I was a kid. Thanks for any help I don't want to go in their blind...or come out blind, ya know lol.

Posted by: crackerjack414

i have a couple of buddies who fight ufc and they love it almost as much as I do. The sport I play requires great endurence so it helps.

Well I do quite a bit of cardio Always! 3 to 4 miles 5 days a week seems to be quite enough for most of my Boxing ( 29-0-0 29 KOs) www.allabout boxing.com and Muay thai (45-0-0 44KOs)in which I'm currently the 147lb World Champion and the #1 contender in the 154lb division.www.usmta.com . I spend a gang of time in the boxing gym working on different things depending on what kind of fighter I'm preparing for. I train for 6 to 8 weeks for each fight and I always get at least 125 rounds of sparring in during that time, along with pad and bag work, watch the films all the normal stuff. However Now for the last year or so I've been doing NHB which is cool as hell to me.This lead me to my search to become stronger because of the grappling and slams and such. I started lifting and then I discovered that EVERYBODY that I've met and fought that is noted in NHB is gearing up, you can believe that and I put that on my mom! So I wish to compete on the top level in my sport therefore the groundwork was already laid . I just started juicing, and it's works, bottom line. So I come to this forum to gather info from these knowlegeble brothers who take the time to share what they've learned and thats the way I'm rollin dawg. Enough about this topic ,let's keep it about the gear.If you want to get with me about the fight game hit me mikhal@ameritech.net.

Posted by: odin52

WOW! That's a different level man. Thanks for the info. BTW I couldn't get the first link to work.

Posted by: Mikhal

Hey just in case anyone is interested ,I started my hard training for my fight today and I was shocked, I lost 11 lbs in 2 hours today. I'm super lean and I'm hurting everybody I hit.I'm wondering is that normal to lose weight that quickly using extreme cardio of course at the end of a cycle? I feel great! I'm still lifting the same weights and even more on some excerises as I was on my cycle. If this is the norm I LOVE GEAR! I going to check my bodyfat if I can pinch enough skin to check it ha ha. I wonder if the triacana and ECA/clenbutrol cycle just kicked into high gear with super intense cardio? Anybody got ant ideas on this

Posted by: maddog1

The clen can definitely do that but you were prob pretty pumped and worked out really hard and just dropped alot of weight. and Bro just one thing, try to protect your privacy some, it can help you in the long run. Based in the info you provided (which is very impressive of course) I was able to find alot of identifying info about you. The wrong people could use that against you. Just be careful ya know.

Posted by: Mikhal

Thanks Maddog,I guess I was not on top of my game and got caught slippen.I guess I forget that gear is not legal, and that we live in a world full of player haters. I'll be more on the downlow, good lookin out

Posted by: maddog1

No prob man, just want ya to be careful for yourself.

Posted by: plouffe

get that oxybol or w/e its called that shit that is band from the olympics.... or w/e, not positive on what the name is called, please correct me if im wrong.

Posted by: Mikhal

I'm not aware of what you're suggesting.Might you possiblly mean oxandralone

Posted by: plouffe

perhaps thats it.

Posted by: Mikhal

Yep started my cycle out with it for the first 10 days, and I noticed a strength gain almost instantly ,however I did'nt note a major increase in stamina, maybe slightly. 2 outta of a scale of 10 at best. But my body felt very comfortable on it. For sure no decrease in endurance

I would not even dare take this without being monitored by a doctor. It will make your blood too thin very easy if not monitored and you will die!

Posted by: plouffe

YOU WILL DIE!! lol.. sweet

Yes seriously. They give it to people with heart problems. My father has had open heart surgery and know how close he had to be monitored. It makes you bleed internally.
