After reading this board from some time now, I decided to join in.
A bit about me:
I began doing sports recently and it allready transformed my lifestyle.
I'm not much of a bodybuilder, although I ocasionaly do some free weights training at home.
I'm currently practicing swimming, wich i do for 5 times a week for 40 minutes, plus jogging for 15 minutes before swimming, wich is increasing in time steadily.
I intend to do martial arts, starting December.
My goals are plain, simple and very clear. I intend to become strong, lean, cut, increase muscle mass, gain endurance and generaly, be healthy.
That's about it.
As you can imagine, I'm still pretty much confused about nutrition and suplementation, but I'll bother you all with my questions later.
